Welcome to tekkabuzz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and tekkabuzz ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the tekkabuzz website or mobile platform at tekkabuzz.io, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

tekkabuzz is an online betting and gaming platform designed specifically for Pakistani players, offering sports betting — with a primary focus on cricket — live casino games, card games including Teen Patti and Baccarat, crash games such as Aviator, and associated promotions. All financial transactions on tekkabuzz are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through local payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and Visa/Mastercard.

These Terms apply to every player who registers a tekkabuzz account, regardless of the device used to access the platform, the game category played, or the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue to use tekkabuzz.

To register and use tekkabuzz you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tekkabuzz operates a strict minimum age policy and will carry out age verification checks when required. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds deposited will be returned after verification costs are deducted.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts and other legal structures may not register a tekkabuzz player account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid mobile number. False registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a pre-existing tekkabuzz account — whether active, dormant or previously closed for rule violations.
• You must be accessing tekkabuzz from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.

Each player is permitted to hold one tekkabuzz account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or same payment method — is strictly prohibited. tekkabuzz reserves the right to merge, close or permanently ban duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them, including any bonus funds.

tekkabuzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during the life of the account. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence. Failure to provide verification documents within the timeframe requested by tekkabuzz may result in account suspension.

You are entirely responsible for the security of your tekkabuzz account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. tekkabuzz recommends the following security practices for all players:

• Use a strong, unique password for your tekkabuzz account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including friends or family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your tekkabuzz account security settings.
• Log out of your tekkabuzz session whenever you are using a shared or public device.
• Contact tekkabuzz support immediately at support@tekkabuzz.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

tekkabuzz will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. Any communication claiming to be from tekkabuzz that requests your password or full payment card details should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

All activity conducted on your tekkabuzz account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have notified tekkabuzz of unauthorised access before the activity occurred. tekkabuzz will investigate all reported unauthorised access claims but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost as a result of credential sharing or player negligence.

tekkabuzz accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and bank transfer)

• SadaPay
• Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT)

The minimum deposit on tekkabuzz is Rs 200 across all payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Fully verified accounts have the highest deposit limits. Details are shown in the Cashier section of your tekkabuzz account.

Deposits are credited to your tekkabuzz wallet in real time for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. IBFT transfers typically clear within 30 minutes during banking hours. Card deposits are processed immediately subject to your bank's own approval.

tekkabuzz reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals from tekkabuzz are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts — however, withdrawals over Rs 5,00,000 may require additional verification and may take longer to process.

Withdrawal requests submitted to tekkabuzz are typically processed within 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 2 hours for IBFT and card withdrawals. All processing times are subject to your payment provider's own settlement times. tekkabuzz does not charge withdrawal fees.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, tekkabuzz may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. Documents required include a copy of your CNIC and in some cases a selfie with the CNIC. tekkabuzz processes verification requests within 24 hours on business days.

• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts and wallets registered in the same name as the tekkabuzz account.
• You must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing funds derived from bonus activity.
• tekkabuzz reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of any suspected rule violation or fraudulent activity.
• If a withdrawal is delayed beyond 48 hours without explanation, players should contact tekkabuzz support immediately at support@tekkabuzz.io.

All sports bets placed on tekkabuzz are subject to the following general rules as well as any sport-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform:

• The minimum bet on tekkabuzz is Rs 200 per market selection.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the tekkabuzz system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• tekkabuzz reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed in error due to a technical fault or data feed failure. Players will be notified and their stake returned promptly.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, tekkabuzz will apply the rules set out in the specific sport's rules page. Generally, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless a sufficient portion of the event has been completed for a result to be determined.
• Accumulator bets (parlays) that include a voided selection will have that leg removed and the accumulator settled on the remaining selections at reduced odds.
• tekkabuzz reserves the right to limit maximum win amounts per bet and per player. Limits will be clearly displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets suspected of being placed as part of a match-fixing or suspicious betting pattern will be suspended pending investigation and may be voided.

For in-play betting on tekkabuzz, bets placed during a live market are accepted at the odds shown at the moment of submission. tekkabuzz cannot guarantee in-play bet acceptance during periods of high demand and reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

tekkabuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as the specific terms published on the Promotions page for each individual offer.

• All bonuses are credited in PKR to your tekkabuzz bonus balance. Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately until wagering requirements are met.
• The welcome bonus (100% on your first deposit up to Rs 35,000) is available to new players only — one per account, per household and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements for the welcome bonus are 10× the bonus amount on slots and 20× on live casino games. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• The weekly cashback bonus carries a wagering requirement of 1× the cashback amount. This means the cashback is near-cash for regular players — you only need to place one qualifying bet before the funds become withdrawable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion details.

• Players who are found to be abusing the tekkabuzz bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk matched bets solely to meet wagering requirements — may have their bonus voided and their account reviewed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tekkabuzz and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and money laundering — using tekkabuzz to process funds derived from criminal activity or to launder money in any form.
• Match fixing and corruption — placing bets on events where you have inside information, or where you have any involvement in influencing the outcome of the event.
• Chargebacks — initiating fraudulent chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after depositing and using funds on tekkabuzz.
• Multi-accounting — operating more than one tekkabuzz account simultaneously or sequentially in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Automated betting — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any automated system to place bets on tekkabuzz without tekkabuzz's prior written authorisation.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in live card games or tournaments to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Exploitation of technical errors — intentionally exploiting any glitch, error or malfunction in the tekkabuzz platform to gain an advantage. Bets placed under such circumstances will be voided.

tekkabuzz reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time. Circumstances that may result in suspension or closure include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated request or a voluntary self-exclusion, any real money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all verification requirements are satisfied. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Where an account is closed due to a rule violation or fraud investigation, tekkabuzz reserves the right to withhold the balance pending the outcome of the investigation. Players will be notified of the outcome and given the opportunity to respond where applicable.

Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the tekkabuzz platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tekkabuzz's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. tekkabuzz shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events outside tekkabuzz's reasonable control.
• Incorrect odds or market data resulting from third-party data feed errors, provided tekkabuzz acts promptly to correct such errors when identified.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages howsoever arising.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tekkabuzz's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of tekkabuzz that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with standard international commercial arbitration rules.

tekkabuzz is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Players in Pakistan who have a complaint should in the first instance contact tekkabuzz support at support@tekkabuzz.io. tekkabuzz will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through tekkabuzz's internal complaints process, players may request escalation to formal arbitration. Details of the arbitration process will be provided at that stage. Players are not required to waive any statutory rights they may hold under applicable Pakistani law by agreeing to these Terms.
